If you are a gardener in Gironde, Lot et Garonne, the Dordogne or Landes then this is for you - the first Fête des Plantes Insolites (Rare and Unusual Plant Fair) to be held in the commune of St Martin du Puy. It is a lovely village surrounded by the vineyards of Bordeaux, which are at their most beautiful in the autumn sunshine. As a bonus it is close to Castelmoron d'Albret, a tiny, picturesque village which you can also visit to complete your day.
Please support this fête - the organisers have attracted some top notch exhibitors and we want them to return next year - so they need to see gardeners galore next Sunday.
